30 Years in the Art World – Aesthetica – 2023
Pashmin Art Consortia is an international art company that has been successfully marketing artworks for 32 years. Founded by Nour Nouri to promote German artists, it now operates galleries in Hamburg, Bad Tölz, Shanghai, Beijing and Chongqing. Pashmin Art continues to champion creatives from around the world and operates a publishing house and management agency. There is also the online Global Art Magazine and a webpage for emerging artists – all multimedia offerings that transcend geographical boundaries and expand the limits of the term “exhibition.” In addition to traveling exhibitions in the U.S., Europe and China, Pashmin Art’s goal is to create an online art store – that is, to support a retail space for next-generation collectors.
Among the artists represented by Pashmin Art is self-taught sculptor Daniel Fuchs, who creates impressive and complex sculptures from German spruce wood. His artworks are surrounded by colorful patterns that make the eye dance as if they were moving in waves on top of each other. Also featured is Alexander Krivosheiw, whose bronze and aluminum sculptures stand up to 18 feet tall. With various shiny and curved gold surfaces that provide an abstract look, Krivosheiw’s works are very striking. He was a collaborator of American Pop Art painter Tom Wesselmann (1931-2004). Many of his outstanding wall reliefs are now in the collections of famous museums around the world.
On the top of the document is an installation by Ren Rong. Rong is a multidisciplinary artist living between China and Germany. His work includes outdoor installations and sculptures, many of which are made of iron, stainless steel, wood and paper. These works are informed by an interest in nature, humanity, and the forces that connect living things on earth. The installation above brings nature indoors: hundreds of metal shovels – each engraved with a facial expression – climb the walls of the gallery, moving away from a central metal sphere balancing on the bed of stones and plants .
