Donat Kamber | Ivan Horvat | Alessandro Cardamone
Exhibition duration: October 12th to November 8th, 2024 | Vernissage: October 12th at 7 PM
This exhibition brings together three distinctive artists whose works offer a profound exploration of the relationship between the physical and emotional worlds, the human experience, and the natural environment. Through their individual interpretations of form, flow, and fragmentation, the exhibition creates a cohesive narrative that speaks to the complexities of existence and perception.
The exhibition opens with a vernissage on October 12th at 7 PM, curated by Natalja Nouri, with Jasmin Eikmeier serving as the moderator. Additionally, a special art lecture will be delivered by Dr. Davood Khazaie, the international curator of Pashmin Art Consortia.
Form
In his photographic works, Ivan Horvat captures the human form in moments of raw, emotional intensity. His minimalist approach emphasizes the fluidity of the body, bringing to the forefront the quiet strength and inner turmoil of his subjects. The result is a powerful emotional resonance, inviting viewers to reflect on the vulnerability and resilience of the human spirit.
Flow
Donat Kamber’s majestic landscapes, particularly his piece “Landscape in Changing Times,” offer a striking commentary on the fragility of the natural world. His photography, rooted in the dramatic mountainous regions of Switzerland, draws attention to the pressing issue of global warming. Kamber’s work challenges us to confront the realities of environmental degradation, urging reflection on humanity’s role in both shaping and preserving these vulnerable ecosystems.
Fragmentation
Through a dynamic neo-cubist lens, Alessandro Cardamone breaks apart linear perceptions of time and space. His paintings present multiple perspectives simultaneously, engaging the viewer in a contemplation of the fragmented nature of reality. Cardamone’s manipulation of form encourages us to embrace the fluidity and subjectivity of our experiences, revealing how reality itself can be a relative and fragmented construct.
Together, these artists offer a diverse yet harmonious exploration of the interconnectedness between form, flow, and fragmentation. Their works traverse the boundaries of emotion, nature, and perception, creating a multi-dimensional experience that will resonate deeply with audiences.
