Growing up in central Switzerland, embedded in a large family circle and a rich traditional culture, she was trained as a teacher for textile design and nutrition, as well as a beekeeper. She also completed various training courses in metaphysical subjects. Due to the complexity of modern society, it is important to consciously reflect on one’s own inner values. Understanding and knowledge of how to manage and heal our emotional states is essential for health, clarity and holistic thinking, which can benefit each individual, as well as nature and our communities. She wishes to emphasize this with her work, offering people the tools to be “healthy in spirit, soul and body”.
