“Art has become my home” – this is how the Persian artist, who lives in Germany, describes his creative cosmos.
It is the thoughts in the inner chaos that mix with distorted visions of the future from nightmares and find their way with pigment ink on light-resistant high-tech paper. For Parviz Tehrani it is clear that our present world needs the splendor of colors to be able to mobilize the strength for peace.
Tehrani about his art: whether in love or in community, “under water” or in the wild, in the “forest”, there are 1000 wonderful reasons to stand up for harmony among peoples, human rights and nature conservation! I have held the mirror in front of the perceived peace in Europe and our threatened democracy, and I have painted the impending war. But this world, marked by the turmoil of war, needs all the splendor of colors in order to regain the strength for peace. Do you feel them, my “dreams”?
